The terms govern the Store Bounty services that help businesses sell goods and services online, in person or both, together with related account, communication and operating capabilities.
Merchant responsibility
The business using Store Bounty remains the seller of record and is responsible for its store, products or services, customer transactions, fulfilment, refunds, disclosures and legal compliance.
Accounts and authorised use
Account owners are responsible for authorised users and for protecting credentials. Staff access should be appropriate to each person’s responsibilities and removed when no longer needed.
Third-party services
Payment providers, logistics services and other integrations have their own terms, availability and charges. Access through Store Bounty does not make those third-party obligations part of the software subscription.
